Can fashion really make you feel good? Yes! If you look good, you'll feel good.
It’s New Zealand fashion week, everywhere I look I see amazing clothes and the latest looks.
But fashion is not just about keeping up with the latest trends and getting the right labels, its about wearing what makes you look and feel good.
What you wear says a lot about who you are and it is a reflection of your attitude and self confidence.
How you dress affects how you feel. We feel first, and then dress later. Think of a time when you didn’t feel well, did you want to pull out all the stops and dress well? Probably not. You probably pulled on whatever was closest to you and dressed the way you felt – which was not that well.
If we change the way we dress, we will change the way we feel will change. When we are dressed well and look good we automatically feel better. When we feel good we are more likely to feel good inside, have more energy and treat others better. A win-win situation!
You can boost your attitude, self-confidence and feel good about what you’re wearing if you think about how you dress.
