I write blogs and articles every week. Writing for me is much like walking, breathing and eating.
Writing is not just work for me, but how I express myself technically, creatively and emotionally.
Writing is not just for people who write for a job. There is nothing can can qualify someone as a writer except the fact that they write.
So today I want to share with you all the wonderful things that writing can bring to your life.
Firstly and most obviously writing is a great way to be creative. A blank page is a safe place to experiment with ideas that on the surface would seem far outside the realm of possibility.
Writing nurtures your thought and taps into your unconscious mind. This can reduce stress and keep you focused on what’s important in your life.
At the same time writing helps to solve problems. Write down a problem and your related feelings and emotions, and then brainstorm for possible solutions.
When working through challenges and opportunities, write things down. When written down it is something private to you, things that you might not want to discuss with friends or family.
Writing connecting causes to effects. It allows you to visualize and completely comprehend the activities you need to do.
Writing things down is an amazing tool for goal setting. Unleash your goals and dreams to paper.
It focuses and clarifies your desires, needs as well as helping you to prioritize values.
Writing provides the opportunity to visualize the outcomes in advance of taking action and visualisation and plans creates more results in life.
I encourage everyone to write. Keep a journal, a document on your computer, or even an online blog should you want to share with others.
Do you keep a journal? What is writing to you?
Would love to hear your experiences.
Have a great weekend,
Hanna
