Many people may try so hard to get happiness, though sometimes it is within their reach. Just look below and you’ll find out that happiness may stay closer than you expect.
1.Always realize that a minute of anger makes you suffer for 3 hours.
2.If you smile in front of the mirror, surely the person in front of you will give a smile back.
3.Close your eyes for about 3 minutes to calm your mind when you feel down or encounter the hard issues.
4.The way to relieve your fatigue when walking up the stairs is not counting the steps.
5.Donate your stuff for those who are suffering without noticing how many of them or how mach valuable they are.
6.Always say “never mind” or “that’s ok” instead of complaining in the rude words.
7.You may try set up your alarm clock 15 minutes earlier, so you’ll get to your destination in time.
8.You can relieve your stress by talking to your pets.
9.Write down the name of people you don’t like or hate on the paper and tear it off. Your feeling of hatred will gradually decrease.
10.Let your tears drop and run down without wiping them. When your tears dry, you will feel fresh and it’s like you have never cried before.
11.Before deciding to purchase any stuff, look for its benefits at least 3 points.
12.Though you don’t have various clothes like others, just try to mix and match them
13.When you feel sad or lonely, you may buy yourself a flower.
14.One side love is better than never having the feeling of love.
15.Though you don’t go out, you can dress nicely and beautifully at home.
