We, as humans, exist on 4 levels of being - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and all 4 need to be cared for to ensure equilibrium is achieved.
With long working hours and goals to be achieved often this regime is neglected and disabling problems result.
In this workshop, run by a registered psychologist and alternative therapist with over 15 years of experience individuals learn about these 4 levels and how to exercise on each of them to ensure well being and balance are always positively maintained.
It is a great course for anyone wishing to live a more fulfilled and peaceful life and is appropriate for young people.
You can either attend this as a half day course on Saturday 8th January 2012 OR as 2 evening classes on the 10th and 24th January 2012, the price is the same for both.
