Have Lemon Regularly in your Diet to Treat Dyspepsia

Do you frequently experience pain in the abdomen after eating food and feel like vomiting or have problem of heartburn or gas? Then you must be suffering from dyspepsia. It is a common ailment which results from improper heating habits. It generally referred to as indigestion.

 

 

However the main causes of dyspepsia are found to be eating wrong food combinations, overeating, eating too hastily or eat undercooked food. Various other factors which result to this disorder are excessive intake of fried or spicy food, regular habit of drinking and eating together, excessive intake of alcohol, frequent smoking, insomnia and lack of exercise.

 

Though, you may cure dyspepsia with medicines but there are few people who doesn't rely much on medications and prefer to treat it naturally using various products readily available at home. So, here are some ways of treating this disorder of digestion effectively using home remedies:

 

Lemon: Lemon is considered to be the best fruit for the treatment of dyspepsia. It is advised that a juice of one lemon mixed with water should be taken two times a day before meals for effective results.

 

Grapes: Grapes are another remedial fruit for this disorder. It is advised that near about 260 Gms of grapes should be consumed daily for better results.

 

Pineapple: For curing dyspepsia effectively it is advised that half glass of pineapple juice should be consumed one time a day before meal for effective results.

 

Pomegranate: It is advised that 1tbsp of pomegranate juice mixed with honey should be taken two times a day to treat giddiness. You may also consume the pomegranate seeds with rock salt and pepper for effective results.

 

Carrot: It is advised that half glass of carrot juice mixed with water should be consumed daily for beneficial results.

 

Fenugreek: For curing this disorder effectively it is advised that 60 Gms of fenugreek leaves boiled and fried in butter should be consumed one time a day.

 

Mint: Mint proves to be the effective remedy for dyspepsia. It is advised that 1 tsp of mint juice mixed with lemon juice and honey should be consumed two times a day for effective results.

 

Buttermilk: It is advised that one glass of buttermilk mixed with ¼ tsp of pepper and cumin powder should be consumed one time a day for beneficial results.

 

Aniseed: It is advised that a decoction prepared by mixing 1 tsp of aniseed with 1 cup of boiling water should be left for overnight and later consumed early morning next day with honey proves to be an effective cure for dyspepsia.

Have you ever considered about including a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. But imagine if you added some great graphics or videos to give your posts more, "pop"! Your content is excellent but with pics and clips, this site could undeniably be one of the most beneficial in its field. Amazing blog!

I realise this is off topic but while your site looks nice, it would be far better if you'll be able to use lighter colors too in the design. This will encourage a lot more scaners come to check it out more often!
